for KAS against food grain contributions
Only for land-less families deriving their income mainly from local
labour avenues in a village and also following the conditions as
explained in annexure "A" the annual subscription of KAS could be
accepted in grains. The foodgrain-based participation in KAS can
be obtained by giving 15 kgs. of any variety of wheat or 19 kgs
of any variety of Bajra per family member as the annual subscription
of KAS. This will have to be deposited at Shree Krishna Hospital.
The facility would be available for billed treatment expense of
up to Rs.5000 per person up to 5 members in a family.
Conditions for KAS participation in food grains
- The family must have been registered as land less in the local
land records
- The family must be a BPL (Below poverty line) card holder/ has
been identified by the local gram panchayat/ Village development
officer (ADEO of block)
- The family has a recommendation by the local Sarpanch or Secretary
of local DCS and the local Village health worker of Tribhuvandas
Foundation (TF) for the purpose of KAS participation in food grains.
